4. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence Service Description

To provide intelligent chat and content generation features, this application integrates third-party artificial intelligence services.

• Third-Party Service Provider: OpenAI
• Server Location: Singapore
• Purpose of Data Use: Generating intelligent response content and providing AI-related functionality support.
• User Consent and Data Usage Policy: We will only transmit your data to third-party artificial intelligence service providers with your consent, and solely when you actively use the AI-related functions within this application. We will not use your personal data for the training of any artificial intelligence models.

When you use related features, we may transmit the following information to the third-party AI service provider:

• User input text: When you engage in chat conversations, send messages, ask questions, or request content generation within the application, this information is used to understand your request or instructions and generate appropriate intelligent responses.
• Optional voice input (converted to text before transmission): When you use voice input or voice chat features, the voice content will be converted into text and used to understand your spoken instructions.
• Necessary contextual information related to the feature: During continuous conversations, recent dialogue summaries or related contextual information may be transmitted to understand context semantics, maintain conversation continuity, and improve response accuracy and personalization.

Important Notice: We will not collect, upload, or share your photos, audio recordings, or camera content without your explicit actions. All permissions are used solely for the corresponding functional purposes. We will not transmit your contacts, photos, device identifiers, or other unrelated personal information to the third-party AI service provider. We require third-party providers to implement data protection measures that are no less stringent than those described in this Privacy Policy to ensure the security of your information.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide, administer, maintain, and/or analyze the Services;
• To improve our Services and conduct research;
• To communicate with you;
• To develop new programs and services;

9. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account Information: Retained during the life of your account, and deleted within 30 days after account closure;
• User Content: Retained during the provision of the Services unless you actively delete it;
• Log and Usage Data: Generally retained for no longer than 12 months;
• Communication Data: Generally retained for no longer than 24 months.

We may continue to retain your Personal Information for longer where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or ensure security. The deletion timeline is consistent with Section 5(d) of our Terms of Service.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction in the user's location.
